What a missed call costs

One missed call can be a whole job.

A caller who reaches voicemail can try the next shop on Google before your greeting ends.

How it works

Three steps. Most owners start with the first.

We work on the front of your business: your website, your Google listing, your phones. Three steps, and each one stands on its own.

  1. Get Found

A website that makes the phone ring, a Google listing full of real reviews, and Google Ads that stop paying for junk searches.

    Website, listing and ads prices
  2. Never Miss a Call

AI answers the calls you miss, books the job, texts you the details and sends emergencies straight to a person.

What it does and what it costs
  3. Run on AI

Custom software for how your company actually runs: dispatch, pricing, follow-ups, hiring. For a few owners, later.

Read the calls before you buy anything.

Pick your trade, then a call. Each one is a demo we wrote to show how the AI front desk handles the calls you miss. We don't have recordings to play yet, so you get the transcript.

  1. AI

I'm an AI assistant for Sample Roofing. This call is recorded. What's going on?

  2. Caller

Water's dripping through my kitchen ceiling. The wind last night took some shingles.

  3. AI

That's a rough morning. Is the water near any lights or outlets?

  4. Caller

No, it's by the back door. I've got a bucket under it.

  5. AI

Good. Keep the bucket there and stay off the roof. I'm flagging this urgent and texting the owner now. What's the address?

  6. Caller

    1418 Cedar Glen Way, Manteca.

  7. AI

The owner has a tarp crew open at 10:30 this morning. Does that work?

  8. Caller

    Yes, please.

  9. AI

You're booked for 10:30. A confirmation text is on its way, and the owner may call you before then.

Urgent: sent to a person

Flagged urgent. Owner texted at 6:13 AM. Tarp visit booked for 10:30 AM.

Our promises

What we promise, in writing, today.

  1. We reply fast.

Sam answers right now, day or night. Jeff follows up himself.

  2. You own everything.

Your site, domain, Google listing, ad account, phone number and data are in your name. If you leave, we move it all to you at no charge.

  3. No lock-in.

Monthly services are month to month. Stay because it works, not because of a contract.

  4. We ask every customer for a review, the same way.

We never pay for reviews, never filter out the unhappy ones and never write them ourselves.

  5. Jeff sees every conversation.

Every chat with Sam and every call your AI front desk takes is there for Jeff and for you to read.

Questions owners ask

The hard questions, answered straight.

Is it legal for an AI to answer my phone?

Yes, when it's done right. Answering calls people make to you is allowed. Ours says it is an AI in its first sentence, tells callers the call is recorded, and never makes cold calls. California law requires a bot that sells to say it is a bot, and ours says so on every call and every text. Federal rules treat AI voices on outgoing calls like robocalls that need consent, so ours only calls back people who ask.

Will my customers hate it?

Some people want a person, and they get one: say "person" and it rings your phone or books a callback. What callers hate is voicemail at 9 PM with water on the floor. It answers in seconds, gets them a time and texts a confirmation. You read the transcripts and decide if it's working.

What if Sam gets it wrong?

You'll see it. Jeff reads every conversation Sam has here, and you read every conversation your AI front desk has. One tap marks a wrong answer and corrects it, and the correction is used from then on. It quotes only the prices you give it, and when it isn't sure, it says the owner will confirm.

Does it book jobs or just take messages?

It books. An answering service takes a message and you call back tomorrow. Ours offers real open times from the schedule you set, puts the job on the calendar with the address and the problem, and texts the customer a confirmation. If you'd rather approve every booking, it holds the time and texts you to confirm.

Do I own my site and Google listing?

Yes, from day one, in your name: the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads account, the phone number and your customer data. We work as a manager on your accounts. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we move anything that needs moving at no charge.

What is the contract and how do I cancel?

Monthly services are month to month. Google listing and reviews takes 30 days notice. To cancel, text or email Jeff. One-time projects, like a website or the AI setup, have a written scope and a payment schedule you agree to before work starts.

How fast does it go live?

Your free concept: within one business day. A Website Refresh: 5 business days. A Custom Storefront: about 30 days. Google listing and ads work starts once you give us manager access to your accounts. The AI front desk goes live on a schedule we agree in writing, with four weekly training sessions in month one.

Does it work with the software I already use?

We connect to the tools you already use once we have tested the connection with your account. Until that test passes, we don't promise it. If your field software needs setting up from scratch, that's $2,500.

What does it cost all in?

Pick what you need. A Website Refresh is $1,000 once. Google listing and reviews is $1,500 a month. Google Ads management is $1,500 a month, plus the ad spend Google bills you directly. Never Miss a Call is $20,000 to set up and $1,000 a month from month two. No per-minute fees. Any outside software is shown before you buy it.
